Support hours and appointments
Support hours are Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM Eastern Time. Contact us to arrange a session. Submitting a request or making payment does not book an appointment. Remote sessions require your permission.
$79 one-time remote fix
The $79 payment covers resolving the issue you originally report to Memfix. It is a one-time service, not a subscription. Additional or unrelated issues are discussed and quoted separately. Applicable tax is shown at Stripe checkout. Some hardware faults require local service and cannot be fixed remotely.
No fix, no fee
If Memfix cannot resolve the originally reported issue covered by the $79 service, you receive a full refund of that service payment. Contact support@memfix.net with your name, payment email, and issue description to request help with a refund. Do not email card details or passwords.
Business Essential Support subscription
Business Essential Support is $199 per month, billed as a recurring monthly subscription, plus applicable tax shown at checkout. It includes remote troubleshooting, software support, Microsoft 365 assistance, email configuration, connectivity troubleshooting, and technical guidance during support hours. The plan covers up to 3 users and 3 computers, with up to 2 hours of remote support per monthly billing period. Unused time does not roll over. Additional work is quoted separately. No guaranteed response time is included. Hardware repairs, replacement parts, and on-site services are excluded. Contact us to confirm the plan fits your business before subscribing.
Canceling your subscription
You can cancel through the Manage subscription / billing portal or by emailing support@memfix.net before your next renewal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your paid monthly period. No partial-month refund is provided. For help accessing the portal or confirming cancellation, contact Memfix.
Design and other projects
Website design, graphic design, and other projects are scoped and priced with you before work begins. Any project-specific payment and delivery terms will be discussed with you separately.
