Your information at Memfix

Memfix provides computer support and digital design services from Kodak, Tennessee. This policy explains how we handle information collected through memfix.net and our support workflow. Contact support@memfix.net with privacy questions.

Support enquiries and service records

When you request help, we collect the name, email address, service selection, subject, and issue description you provide. We use this information to review your request, arrange support, communicate with you, and document the work. Our private support dashboard can also hold status updates, support notes, payment references, and a remote-session invitation. Access to that dashboard is restricted to site administrators.

Do not send passwords, full payment-card details, identity documents, or sensitive personal files through the contact form or email. Memfix does not store your passwords in support notes.

Payments and subscriptions

Payment buttons open checkout hosted by Stripe. Stripe collects the contact, billing, and payment information shown there. Memfix uses payment or subscription references to verify service eligibility and manage billing enquiries; the website support form does not collect your card number. Stripe handles its services under its privacy policy.

Remote support

Our remote-support workflow uses Zoho Assist for customer-approved attended sessions. Before connecting, we arrange the session with you and provide joining instructions. A form submission or payment does not grant remote-access permission. We do not record remote sessions or retain unattended access as part of this workflow. You can stop a session. Zoho processes session-related information under its privacy policy.

Website and service providers

Hostinger provides website hosting and business email. We also use WordPress, form-processing, security, caching, and commerce software to operate the site. These services may process technical information such as connection logs, browser information, cookies, and referral information for site functionality, security, and order attribution.

The theme loads Google Maps services, which may transmit technical connection information to Google when a page loads. See Google’s privacy policy. Provider policies apply when you follow their links or use their services.

Cookies

WordPress uses cookies for signed-in account functionality and preferences. Commerce and security components may use cookies for functionality, referral/order attribution, and abuse prevention. You can manage or block cookies in your browser; some features may then work differently.

Retention

We review unsuccessful enquiries for deletion after 90 days and ordinary support notes after 12 months from closure. Billing, dispute, and other records that must be retained are exceptions. Deletion is a manual review routine, and recoverable Trash or backup copies may remain until their normal removal cycle.

Requests and corrections

Email support@memfix.net to ask about information you supplied, request a correction, or request deletion. We may need to verify your identity and retain records needed for billing, disputes, security, or applicable obligations.

Effective October 18, 2026. We update this policy when our tools or practices materially change.
